What we expect from you:

Your Role:
  • Coordinate and oversee everyday office operations.
  • Keep track of internal and external meetings or events and actively support their organization.
  • Manage the entire ordering process and handle preparatory accounting tasks.
  • Serve as a competent first point of contact for internal staff and external partners, ensuring smooth communication.
  • In travel management, colleagues can rely on you — from planning and booking to billing, with a focus on efficient cost planning.
  • Handle national and international shipping processes, including customs clearance and coordination with logistics partners.
  • Be a multitasking talent with high initiative, keeping our office running smoothly and calmly.
Your Profile:
  • Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in office organization or assistance, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High initiative, flexibility, and resilience.
  • Organizational talent with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High confidentiality, absolute discretion, and sensitivity in dealing with personal data.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
