What we expect from you:
Your Role:
- You will act as equipment manager, service technician and solution specialist all in one
- You will be responsible for the technical rollout of our systems – from preparation and delivery to on-site installation/commissioning (international projects)
- You carry out technical installations, configure equipment and ensure its smooth operation
- You take on maintenance and repair tasks on our systems – both remotely and on site
- You are the first point of contact for suppliers, logistics partners and external technicians
- You will check incoming and outgoing goods, carry out inventories and ensure order in the technical warehouse
- You will support the team with caretaker-like tasks relating to our technical systems and workplaces
- You will contribute your ideas to the further development of our product portfolio.
Your Profile:
- You have successfully completed technical training or a technical degree (e.g. IT systems engineer, IT specialist, mechatronics engineer, systems engineering, etc.).
- You have experience in technical field service, rollout or support. Technical knowledge of computer hardware, sensor technology and microelectronics is an advantage.
- You are skilled with your hands and enjoy practical work.
- You have a structured and independent approach to your work.
- You are eager to learn, enjoy working in a team and have strong problem-solving skills.
- You have an eye for detail and can work efficiently and effectively even under pressure.
- You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 25%).
- You are fluent in German and English.
